Check KBB and see how the values compare. I’ll still say you should look at other cars. I got my 2000 Grand Prix 2 years ago for $10K with 60K miles and it has a V6, Leather, CD, Traction Control, ABS, and other cool stuff. A $30K car for $10K>$15K car for $10K.
