Hiring a Marquee for an Event or Wedding

The word marquee means large tent used as a temporary building, they have long been used for circus fairs, banquets, weddings and recently for corporate hospitality events.  In the past they were traditionally made of canvas today they are mostly made of PVC  due to being easier to clean and having a longer hire life span, they are very expensive and require specialized equipment and skill to erect, so are more often than not rented.   They are held down with ratchets and /or stakes.  The marquees themselves are very strong.  A pole marquee is held under tension by centre poles, side poles and guy ropes which are then attached to ground stakes and hammered into soft surfaces e.g. lawn.  Aluminium frame marquees have no centre poles or guy ropes and can be erected on any surface.  Then there are the high peak tents, these have the advantage of the pole with the high top but also ease of installation cleaner look and fewer parts.  Marquee tents have interchangeable parts, making it easy to expand to larger sizes.

WHich is better, the Lincoln Park or the Garfield Park Conservatory?

Garfield. It’s a little more remote, but it’s *huge* and worth it. Lincoln Park Conservatory is nice, but kind of small and if you’re not going to the zoo or something at the same time, probably not worth it.

Best way to get there is the Green Line to Conservatory – drops you off right in front of the gardens (I’d drive or use the train, though, because the neighborhood that the Garfield Park Conservatory is located in other than the park isn’t the best.)

What is the Disney Channel movie where the main character is forced to move to Ohio and takes up skating?

This movie has something to do with a teenage boy who lived in California, then was forced to move to Ohio to live with relatives. He picks up in-line skating as a hobby, even though he loves surfing and that is what he did in CA. He speaks with a CA accent, and calls people bra, which gets him in trouble. He eventually joins the hockey team (I believe) to prove he can do it. There is also a girl that he meets. They end up going to Krohn Conservatory, where he skates around. I know the details are sketchy, but this is pretty much all I remember about it, but the fact that I can’t figure out the title is driving me crazy.
